All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thechiabox@gmail.com Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings
